Description: Jan 29, 2024 - Just before my great grandmother passed away at the age of 104, she called me to her side and said, “Honey, I want you to have my lucky cat. It may sound crazy, but this little figurine will be invisible to everyone but you. As long as you keep it by your side, you will have amazing luck for your entire life.” She was right. It did sound crazy. But it was true. No one can see the little red and yellow cat sitting on my desk except me. And whenever I had it around, I won. I don’t mean I won the lottery, but my luck was constantly a little higher than it would have been otherwise. If I brought a boy I liked around my lucky cat, he was mine for as long or short as I wanted. I brought it to every job interview, and I never failed to get an offer. Later, I started my own business, and I was a millionaire within three years, and worth more than ten million within six. I’m telling you all this, because I saw you subtly set something down on my desk…something I couldn’t see…when you entered my office today. I think you have a lucky cat too, or some sort of talisman. And I think our luck has brought us together for something bigger than we could have ever imagined. Tell me I’m wrong.
