  • Located in our 1905 Historic Wing, Studio #203 is perfect for hosting workshops, classes, listening events, and more. Cherish it’s historic charm with 800 sqft and a beautiful view of the 18th and Vine District.

  • Roll in TVs can be rented at an additional $10 / hour with Screen Mirroring, HDMI hook up, or flash drive.

    All rented equipment must be returned by the end of your session.

  • Workshop Spaces can be rented by the hour, half day (4 Hours) or full day (6 Hours) during hours of operation. All setup and breakdown is to be conducted during the event time frame. Early access will not be granted unless booked and discussed with Venue Coordinator.

    Operation Hours are Tuesday- Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM

    Available starting Feb 1 for Rental

  • Guests will enter through the Main Entrance on the 18th Street Side through the large glass foyer. Guests may take the elevator to the second floor.

    Hosts will need to grab a key fob at time of check in for studio access.

    The building is controlled remotely so guests will only have access to permitted areas based on space rented. All Guests must be cleared by the end of the event time.

    Secured and Private parking is first come first serve.

  • Once your request is submitted a team member will reach out to conduct a tour of the space and discuss your needs for your inquiry.

    A $100 Deposit and signed agreement is due at the time of booking to secure your date and space. Full Payment is due no later than 7 days prior to rental. ACH Payments & Credit /Debit Transactions are accepted. No Cash or Checks.C

    Cancellation notice of 14 days is required. Fees will apply if less than 14 days.
