Art Studios
Our Kansas City location has 45 studios available for rent, ranging in size from 200 sq.ft. to 800 Sq.Ft, with the most common size being around 200 Sq.Ft. The majority of our studios offer large windows and natural light.
The Artist studios are intended for active artists. Our interest is in maintaining a thriving community of artists who will participate in events such as open studios and share their experience, expertise, and camaraderie with fellow artists both within the building and in the local community.
The Zhou B Art Center will promote and participate in event(s) such as ‘First Fridays’ as well as an annual Zhou B Art Center artist exhibition. We expect our artists to participate in these events.

If you are interested in becoming a resident artist of the Zhou B Art Center of Kansas City please join the waitlist below. Prior to opening a member of our staff will reach out with a formal application and a request for Artist Statement or CV. If an application is submitted a Jury Fee will be required to review your portfolio.
