Art Studios:
The Zhou B goal is to create and maintain a thriving community of active artists within the Zhou B Art Center of Kansas City that extends to the surrounding community and beyond. We are seeking talented artists who will share their experience, expertise and camaraderie with fellow artists to help cultivate that community.

Newly refined and historically restored studio spaces ranging from 200 -800 sq. feet.

AC, Heat, WIFI, Electricity , and localized artist sinks included

Key fob access and non-exclusive parking area reserved for art studio renters.

Located on the first floor artist will have access to the lounge and the opportunity for private rentals.

Artists may elect to list Artwork for sale on Zhou B Art Center website

Artists will have the opportunity to showcase their work in the Gallery spaces at the Zhou B Art Center.

Examples include First Fridays, annual curated Zhou B Art Center tenant exhibition and ability to exhibit artwork in a rotating gallery show in public areas.

Artist of the month program, educational programs, dedicated support to assist in the coordination of sales.
